Buck’s Bugs was started with a simple idea: customers deserve a pest-control company that works for them.
After years in the pest-control industry, I knew I wanted to build something different. I wanted to be able to focus on the customer, provide honest recommendations, communicate clearly, and take pride in the work without putting corporate goals ahead of the people I was serving.
I’ve spent years helping homeowners throughout the Tri-Cities solve their pest problems, and that experience has taught me that good pest control is about more than spraying. It’s about listening to the customer, finding the source of the problem, explaining what needs to be done, and following through.
That commitment to service has been recognized locally. I worked for Croach Pest Control when they won Tri-Cities Best Pest Company 2 years in a row. Both years, I was their only technician in the Tri-Cities.
Now, with Buck’s Bugs, I’m bringing that same standard of service to my own company.

I had a large yellowjacket nest that had burrowed behind my retaining wall. The wasps were aggressive anytime someone walked even remotely close. This made it impossible to mow my grass or even just walk in my backyard! I tried a few DIY remedies, but it didn't even make a dent. Buck was able to come out and take care of it quickly. He found a large gap between the bricks that led to a much larger nest than I had thought. He handled the problem and sealed the area. They still haven't come back!
